Dr. Phillip Carney, Jr., is a proud native of Alexandria, Louisiana, has been providing exceptional eye care for over 30 years.
A 1992 graduate of the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee, Dr Carney began his academic journey at
Louisiana State University, attending both Alexandria and Baton Rouge campuses before earning his Doctor of Optometry
degree. He received his Laser and Surgical certification in 2014.
With a commitment to clinical excellence and patient-focused care, Dr. Carney specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of
a wide range of eye conditions, including:

He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Optometry Association of Louisiana and is an active member of the American Optometric Association.
